iPhone (iOS Safari)

  1. Open this app in Safari (not in-app browser).
  2. Tap Share, then tap Add to Home Screen.
  3. Open the installed app icon from Home Screen.
  4. When prompted, allow Location and Notifications.
  5. In iPhone Settings: Safari -> Location -> Allow, and Notifications -> Allow.
  6. Turn off Low Power Mode while tracking for better background reliability.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open this app in Chrome.
  2. Tap browser menu, then tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open the installed app and allow Location and Notifications.
  4. In Android App Info: Permissions -> Location -> Allow all the time (if available).
  5. Disable battery optimization for Chrome/PWA app for better background alerts.
  6. Keep internet/data enabled for push and SOS updates.

Important Limitation

Browsers/PWAs may still pause background GPS when fully closed by the OS. Push notifications will still work if permissions and subscription are active.
