If you only changed/lost/broke your device but still know your email and password, use the Lost, broken, or changed device section on the sign-in page instead.
Provide the details you remember. Include your role/account type, old email, old phone, username, school/company if any, old approved device, current device, usual IP/network if known, and any verified contact details. The more precise the information is, the easier it is for the admin to review safely.
