Community Guidelines — Version 1.0

Respect Privacy and Data Access

• Only view, use, export, or share information when the app feature, user consent, role approval, relationship setting, or lawful authority allows it.
• Respect public QR, friend-search, dashboard, live-location, profile-map, guardian, school, and Track Me / Fireback Go Live settings.
• Do not screenshot, copy, download, disclose, or reuse another user's private data outside the purpose that allowed access.
• Student, guardian, school, agency, government, ID, billing, location, and SOS information must be handled with extra care.
• Do not try to bypass privacy settings, role restrictions, device approval, guardian approval, minor-account safeguards, or admin review.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, grooming, stalking, doxxing, or intimidation.
• Impersonation, fake accounts, false identity documents, fraudulent device-change requests, or false guardian/school/agency/government claims.
• Malware, hacking, scraping, spam, phishing, credential theft, security testing without permission, or attempts to disrupt the service.
• Illegal goods or services, fraud, unauthorized financial activity, or content that violates another person's rights.

Posting, Messaging, and Reports

• Post and message respectfully. Do not share private or sensitive information about others without permission.
• Reports, bug reports, and support messages must be truthful and submitted in good faith.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, malicious, misleading, or unrelated to the workflow.

Students, Guardians, Schools, Agencies, and Government Partners

• Guardian approval at signup does not automatically create school access, agency access, or government access.
• School, agency, and government workflows must be used only by authorized users for approved purposes.
• Adults using guardian, school, agency, or government roles must act in the best interests of safety, privacy, and lawful authority.
• Be aware that during emergencies, certain information may be shared with authorized schools, parents/guardians, or government agencies as permitted by law or consent.

AI-Assisted Content and Tools

• AI-generated content (including AI camera analysis and AI assistant responses) is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
• Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for safety, medical, legal, or educational decisions without independent verification.
• Do not submit content to AI tools that violates these guidelines or any applicable policy.

Enforcement

Violations may lead to content removal, feature limits, account-device review, suspension, termination, notification to relevant administrators, or lawful reporting where appropriate. We may preserve records when needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or support review.
