Terms of Service — Version 1.0

1. Service Purpose

Go Safe 360 provides safety coordination, trusted communication, QR identity, account-device protection, school and agency workflows, emergency coordination, disaster preparedness support, business and marketplace services, AI-assisted tools, support/reporting, and related services for students, parents/guardians, schools, businesses, community organizations, and authorized government agencies.

The platform is designed to assist communication and coordination among these groups for safety, trust, and operational purposes. It does not replace emergency services, law enforcement, school policies, professional advice (including medical, legal, or psychological), or government authority. Responsibility for a student's day-to-day safety, supervision, and legal decisions remains with the student, parent, or legal guardian as applicable; schools and government agencies participate only within their own authority, policies, and legal duties.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Some account types, student/minor workflows, school/agency roles, business features, billing features, and marketplace features require approval before use.
• One account may be tied to one approved device, and one device may be assigned to one account. Device changes may require admin approval before sign-in.
• OAuth/social login is for existing approved accounts only when enabled. New users must use the manual signup and approval flow.
• Minors (users under 18) must have guardian consent or school authorization where required by applicable law.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of Go Safe 360 by children under their care and for ensuring that information provided through the platform is accurate and appropriate. Go Safe 360 adds security, tracking, monitoring, and coordination tools but does not take over parental or guardian responsibility.

3. Privacy Settings and Relationship Access

• Account privacy controls are available in Profile / Account Settings where supported by your account type.
• Public QR, friend search, dashboard visibility, guardian access, school access, live location, profile-map visibility, and Track Me / Fireback Go Live are controlled by the app settings and relationship checks shown in the account edit screen.
• Minor accounts have stricter defaults and cannot enable some public or broad-sharing options from account settings.
• Privacy settings do not authorize users to misuse another person's information, and they do not prevent lawful safety, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or legal retention where required.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful safety, communication, school, agency, business, booking, marketplace, support, and account-management purposes.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, exploit, spam, or mislead other users.
• Do not submit false SOS alerts, false reports, fake identity information, unauthorized account-device requests, or fraudulent payment/verification records.
• Do not access, collect, disclose, or use another user's data except through authorized app features and permissions.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, privacy settings, billing rules, role restrictions, device approvals, or admin review.

5. Safety Features and Emergency Limits

• SOS and live-location tools are for real safety coordination. Misuse may result in restriction or removal.
• Go Safe 360 is a communication and coordination platform. It does not guarantee emergency response, dispatch, rescue, medical help, police response, school action, or government action.
• Schools and government agencies are not automatically responsible for every student, user, alert, report, or incident simply because they participate in or are visible through the platform.
• Users and authorized responders remain responsible for contacting local emergency services directly whenever immediate assistance is required.
• Safety reports and support reports are reviewed workflows and may not be monitored in real time.

6. Government Agency Participation

Go Safe 360 may allow authorized government agencies and public safety organizations to participate in emergency coordination, disaster preparedness, public safety communication, and other authorized activities where permitted by law, with user consent where required, and subject to applicable institutional agreements.

Participation by any government agency does not create an obligation for that agency to monitor the platform continuously or respond to every report or alert, and it does not transfer parental, guardian, school, or app-operator responsibilities to that agency. 7. Information Sharing During Emergencies

When permitted by applicable law, institutional policy, or user consent, relevant information may be shared with authorized schools, parents or guardians, emergency responders, or government agencies for the purpose of protecting life, responding to emergencies, coordinating disaster response, or maintaining public safety.

By enabling safety features or participating in emergency coordination services, users acknowledge that certain information — such as location, emergency contacts, or incident reports — may be shared with authorized organizations only when necessary to provide the requested safety or coordination services.

8. Content and User Submissions

• You are responsible for content you submit, including posts, comments, reports, images, files, booking details, and support messages.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or share content.
• We may remove, restrict, or preserve content when needed for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or support review.

9. AI-Generated Content and Tools

Go Safe 360 may provide AI-assisted tools, including an AI assistant and AI camera analysis features. AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Users should independently verify important information before making decisions based on AI-generated responses.

Go Safe 360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI outputs should not replace professional advice in medical, legal, safety, or educational contexts. See our AI Use Policy for details.

10. Internet and Mobile Data Usage

Certain features of Go Safe 360 require an active internet connection or mobile data service, including live GPS location sharing, maps, chat messaging, push notifications, SOS alerts, and emergency features. Users are responsible for any charges imposed by their internet or mobile service provider for data usage.

11. Payments, Plans, and Refunds

• Paid features, bookings, marketplace listings, payment proof, and plan limits are governed by the app screens and any specific terms shown during checkout or approval.
• Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period has started. If duplicate payments or billing errors occur, users may contact support for review.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility for bookings depend on the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking or service.
• Applicable taxes may be included or added where required.

12. Third-Party Services

Third-party services such as hosting, maps, payment providers, app stores, AI service providers, analytics services, or notification services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Go Safe 360 is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, reject, or terminate accounts or features when reasonably necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, policy violations, false information, or protection of users and the service. Users may request account deletion where eligible, subject to legal, safety, billing, audit, and fraud-prevention holds.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law.
• We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect location accuracy, successful emergency response, or error-free operation.
• Go Safe 360 provides communication and coordination tools only. The platform does not guarantee emergency response times, rescue operations, medical assistance, or government intervention.
• Go Safe 360 does not assume hands-on supervision, custody, school disciplinary authority, law-enforcement authority, medical responsibility, or continuous monitoring responsibility for users.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts located in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or improvements to Go Safe 360. When material changes are made, users will be notified through the application, by email, or through other reasonable means before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless the law requires separate consent.

Each version of these Terms will be identified by a version number (e.g., "Version 1.0," "Version 1.1"). A summary of material changes will accompany each update.

Certain features described in these Terms may become available in future versions of Go Safe 360. Availability depends on system development, agreements with participating organizations, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.

17. Regional Application

Go Safe 360 is operated from the Republic of the Philippines. If you access the service from outside the Philippines, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable. The service is designed primarily for use in the Philippines, and certain features may not be available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.
