This policy governs payments, subscriptions, billing, bookings, and refunds for Go Safe 360. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Plans

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified).
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through the app or by contacting support.
Downgrading may take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period has started.
If duplicate payments or billing errors occur, users may contact admin@gosafe360.com for review and correction.
Refund requests for annual or long-term plans will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Bookings and Services

Cancellation and refund eligibility for bookings depend on the specific cancellation policy applicable to the booking or service.
Booking-specific cancellation policies are shown during the booking process.

Payment Methods

We accept payment methods as displayed during checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and other locally available payment methods in the Philippines.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. Your payment information is handled according to their security policies and applicable data protection laws.
Applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be included or added where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
We may cancel or suspend subscriptions for non-payment, policy violations, or as described in the Terms of Service.

Pricing Changes

We may update our pricing from time to time. Users will be notified of material pricing changes in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
