Retention, Sharing, and User Rights

• Data is retained only as needed for safety operations, legal compliance, account review, and legitimate platform purposes.
• Child-account and guardian-account information should be limited to the minimum necessary for approval, safety, support, and audit purposes.
• Verification records and uploaded ID images may be retained while approval, fraud review, or legal or safety investigation is pending and should be removed when no longer needed under the platform's retention rules.
• We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers strictly for platform operation.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, subject to legal and safety constraints.
• Parents or legal guardians may request review, correction, or deletion of eligible child-account data where applicable, subject to identity verification, safety holds, and legal obligations.
• Emergency and security logs may be preserved when required for incident response, audits, or lawful investigation.

Profile Privacy

• Review personal information in your account profile and remove non-essential details.
• Avoid exposing sensitive fields such as full address, ID numbers, medical details, or guardian data unless required.
• For age: share only if your workflow requires it; otherwise keep minimal exposure in public contexts.

Location & Emergency Privacy

• Enable location sharing only for active safety scenarios.
• Turn off live location when not needed.
• Use SOS responsibly; emergency payload should only be sent during urgent situations.
• Periodically delete old history records where appropriate.

Best Practices

1. Use strong unique passwords and do not share credentials.
2. Log out from shared devices.
3. Verify QR links before opening unknown URLs.
4. Limit group visibility and sharing to trusted users.
