We do not sell personal information.
Information may be visible to other users only according to your relationships, role, privacy settings, account type, and the feature being used.
SOS, safety, school, agency, guardian, business, emergency coordination, and admin workflows may disclose relevant information to authorized participants only for review, coordination, safety response, support, or legal purposes.

Profile Privacy and Account Settings
Users can manage privacy controls in account settings where available. These controls affect app visibility and access, but they do not override legal duties, active safety incidents, fraud prevention, billing records, or required admin review.
Public name: choose whether public areas show a first name or username.
Public QR: allow or block broader QR profile access. Minor accounts cannot enable public QR access from account settings.
Friend search: choose whether accepted friends may find you in search, and block specific accepted friends from search visibility.
Dashboard visibility: choose anyone, QR-only, friends-only, or approval-required access where allowed. Minor accounts cannot use public anyone access.
Linked relationship access: allow or deny linked school staff, linked guardian/student family access, guardian scan history, and guardian AI camera history where the workflow supports it.
Profile map and live location: choose whether accepted friends, selected friends, or selected groups may see profile-map or live-location information. Minor accounts have stricter live-location limits.
Track Me / Fireback Go Live: choose whether approved guardians, school administrators, or selected accepted friends may request live monitoring where the app permits it.
Location, SOS, and Emergency Coordination Data
Location features should be used only for safety, trusted coordination, or workflows you choose to enable.
SOS and safety records may be shared with authorized recipients while an incident is active and during applicable retention periods.
During emergencies or disaster events, certain information such as location, identity, and status may be shared with authorized government agencies, schools, parents/guardians, and emergency responders where permitted by law or consent.
Student or minor-related accounts use stricter defaults. Guardian approval, school approval, or admin review may be required before some features are available.
Guardian and student information is not public profile data and should be used only for account approval, safety, support, school workflows, emergency coordination, or legal purposes.
AI-Generated Content and Analysis
When you use AI-assisted features, the content you submit (such as images, text, or files) may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate analysis results, descriptions, or metadata. AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI outputs should not replace professional advice in medical, legal, safety, or educational contexts. Users should independently verify important information before making decisions based on AI-generated responses.
See our AI Use Policy for detailed information about how AI features work and how submitted content is handled.

Go Safe 360 may be used by minors (users under 18) under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school official. See our Children's Privacy Notice for detailed information about how we handle data from minor users.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for safety, legal, billing, audit, fraud-prevention, school/agency, emergency coordination, or support reasons.
SOS and QR history may have feature-specific retention limits shown in the app.
Verification records and ID images should be removed or restricted when no longer needed for approval, fraud review, safety investigation, or legal obligations.
Inactive accounts may be locked, reactivated, anonymized, or retained according to account status and safety/legal holds.
